Introduction and usage:
This series of products is two-component RTV liquid silicone rubber. It's also called Transfer print mortar. It's mainly used for making transfer printing pads in the printing machinery, also used for the electronics as potting materials. It has the excellent preparation for transfer print elastic materials
Characteristic:
Product has low viscosity, good fluidly, easy mold release, acontractile, oil-tight, non-deformation, good Solvent ink resistance, good ink transfer. Heat can cure faster.

Application:
1. Clean the rubber head mold thoroughly, display on a place of balance;
2. Put pad mortar and silicone oil into the measuring cup;
3. Mixing uniform, then place for 5minutes;
4. Add curing agent;
5. Full mix uniform;
6. After the Uniform mixing silicone slowly into the plastic head mold;
7. Mold release in 3-4 hours after cover the boards;
8. Transfer print silicone rubber is done.

Rubber: 20kg/ Plastic pail; Vulcanizing agent: 5kg/ Iron pail.
Store:
Store in dry, well ventilated area, under shade, avoid rainwater and direct sun shine. |
